2. Our Response
Debbie will contact you to arrange a consultation at a time that suits us both.
3. The Consultation
At the consultation we will set aside plenty of time to discuss your ideas. By using your Pinterest board we can get a picture of your styles and colour palette, and when possible we can try to show you different flower combinations if we have them available in store.
At the consultation we can try to give you some idea of the costs involved but we will aim to put together an email within 7 days with a more accurate figure. If your consultation falls near a peak time this may take a bit longer.
5. Booking Your Wedding With Us
We require a 30% deposit of your estimated wedding cost. We will ask you to look over and sign the contract – this can be done at the first consultation or when you make a second consultation. You will receive a copy for your records.
The process is the same, we can do WhatsApp calls in place of a store visit and send all documents to be digitally signed.
6. A Few Weeks to Go
We will speak to each other more as your wedding grows closer (very exciting!) to finalise all details, timings, and delivery, as these may have changed.
7. The Big Day
We will deliver your beautiful wedding flowers to you and set up any table centrepieces as agreed while making sure everything is as planned. We will then return the next day to collect or dismantle any structures that may have been installed.
8. Sharing Your Pictures and Memories With Us
We would love if you could send us some of your beautiful images for our portfolio, as every wedding is so very special to us – we do remember you all!
